Calling all Master-Chefs, ages 9-18. Let’s learn all about beef – how it is raised, made into usable cuts, the name of different cuts and how to properly cook the juiciest burger to a safe temperature! This two-day class will start at a local beef farm, we will also visit a processing facility and then the second day we will get into the kitchen and onto the grill. We will not only learn about meat safety, but take home a kitchen thermometer for cooking at home. Cost for this two-day class is $12.00.
