The Art of Fermentation
The Art of Fermentation is designed for anyone interested in learning more about safely fermenting at home. We will cover safe methods of fermenting the following: sauerkraut, vegetables, kimchi, yogurt and kombucha. Participants will have hands-on opportunity to make sauerkraut and yogurt.
