N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center is holding a Live online fall cooking class. All classes will be hosted through Zoom and are available to anyone who wants to impress their in-laws this holiday season. Classes will be live-streamed on Fridays at noon in November. They will be recorded and shared with all those who register after class concludes. If you cannot make it at noon you will have the opportunity to view all the classes at your leisure. All classes are free of charge. Check out our schedule of scrumptious classes and sign up for one or all!

Fall Cooking Class Schedule

November 6 – Delicious Soup

Learn to create easy and delicious soups your family will love! Understand the base for most soups so you can create your own recipes. Join us at noon for delicious tomato soup, and rich butternut squash soup.

November 13 – Yummy Bread

There is nothing like bread right out of the oven. Learn how easy it is to make bread. As well as all the science that goes into making bread yummy and fluffy. We will be making Italian bread and a delicious 100% whole wheat bread.

November 20 – Mouthwatering Biscuits

Impress your family and friends this holiday season by preparing perfect made from scratch mouthwatering biscuits. We have the best tips to keep your biscuits from turning into hockey pucks. We will make southern style buttermilk biscuits and sweet potato biscuits.
