This summer 4-H Kids from Jackson, Macon and Swain Counties have spent every other Thursday evening at a  4-H Livestock Clinic.  4-H’ers with heifers, steers, lambs and goats have worked hard learning how to raise their show animals and correct showmanship.  Thank you to Joe Deal for organizing this series, Macon County Farm Bureau for sponsoring our meals, Jamie Brooks for being our clinic judge and Brent Jennings for giving us some show-ring tips. We are ready for fair season! Don’t forget – the Macon County Fair is September 21st – 24th. You don’t want to miss this.
