Day 1 is a tour of a local beef farm, a picnic lunch and a tour of Blalocks.
Day 2 we will look at different cuts of beef, how to cook them safely and then grill our own hamburger.
This 2 day adventure is a true farm to fork experience. This activity is for ages 8-18. Parents are able to leave their youth for the activity or to travel along with us. The first 10 youth that sign up will have a space in a Macon County van. All other youth must ride with their family transportation.
