Kim Terrell, Family and Consumer Science Agent, has just finished a series of preserved foods classes including pressure and water bath canning. Students learned important food safety guidelines specific to canning as well as delicious recipes, step-by-step instructions and a hands-on experience by filling jars and participating in the process.
