Kimberly Terrell, Family and Consumer Science Agent with the N.C. Cooperative Extension in Macon County will be teaching a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification on Monday, November 10, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This program is for foodservice managers and supervisory staff in any foodservice establishment. Registration fee is $125.00 for class, book and exam and $50.00 for only the exam.

The deadline to register for this class is Wednesday, November 5.

ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification

Class will be taught by Kimberly Terrell, Family and Consumer Science Agent with the N.C. Cooperative Extension in Macon County. Kimberly is a Registered Dietitian and ServSafe Certified Instructor/Proctor with over 25 years of experience in food service management.
