Dining with Diabetes is a class for people that have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or Type 2 diabetes. It is a series of four classes, plus a 3 month reunion class. This research-based program helps individuals learn strategies to manage the opportunity to taste test foods prepared from diabetes friendly recipes.
Class Dates: 4 Tuesdays starting April 29-May 20th, 2025
Class Time: 11:00 AM
Location: Macon County Extension Office Classroom
Cost: $20.00 per person or $35.00 for couples
