Kimberly Terrell, Family and Consumer Science Agent with the N.C. Cooperative Extension in Macon County will be teaching a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification on Thursday, March 16 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
This program is for foodservice managers and supervisory staff in any foodservice establishment. Registration fee is $125.00 for class, book and exam and $50.00 for only the exam.
The deadline to register for this class is Friday, March 10.
