Food Protection Manager Certification – ServSafe

This program is for foodservice managers and supervisory staff in any foodservice establishment. Masks and social distancing will be required at this class! Certification is based on passing the Servsafe exam and satisfies the North Carolina food code requirement for a certified food protection person in charge.
This class will be taught by Kimberly Terrell, Family and Consumer Science Agent with the N.C. Cooperative Extension in Macon County. Kimberly is a Registered Dietitian and ServSafe Certified Instructor/Proctor with over 25 years of experience in foodservice management.
When: Wednesday & Thursday, March 24 & 25, 2021
Time: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
(1-hour lunch on your own)
Exam: Thursday, November 19 from 3–5 p.m. Location: N.C. Cooperative Extension of Macon County, 193 Thomas Heights, Rd., Franklin, NC 28374
Registration Deadline – Friday, March 19, 2021
