Job Description Responsible for administration, community development, and public education in commercial and urban horticulture. This includes providing leadership, educational opportunities, training, and technical assistance to nursery, vegetable and specialty crops growers in Macon county. Additional efforts include pro-active and trouble-shooting workshops and assistance for gardeners in the areas of plant diseases, insects, and cultural problems in landscape and garden settings.
